I dream of creating an empire. I have described my vision
under that section, however this section is designed to get the ball rolling
with more momentum. Too often in life there are investors who are looking for
development opportunities and there are opportunities available and yet they
are not married together. I am thus very interested in any ideas and believe
that when people put their minds together they can come up with solutions which
were before, not even thought of.
A classic example of this, is one of the many property development projects
I have undertook. I tried to broker a development in Ireland. There was land
available for 8 properties down on the Ring of Kerry. Not to bore one with
the details, the one party had the land and the other party had the money
and they needed to be brought together. We managed to achieve this and unfortunately
it all fell through at the last mile due to me not been able to be more involved,
due to having a day job. It is the reason that I developed and came up with
the concept of International Property Solutions so that I could be involved
in similar projects on a full time basis. The failure however, doesn't disappoint
me as Donald Trump said, "For ever nine failures there will be one success
that will more than pay for the failures!"
It symbolizes what I am trying to achieve!
With regards to IPS we are
constantly looking for investors to get involved in a structure finance deals.
